They are located at Rua das flores (Flowers street) and overlooks the bay of the Ilha Grande . Local is very family type . Going from Rio de Janeiro : There are three main places to catch boat to get on the Iha Grande: Mangaratiba (100 km), Conceicao de Jacareí ( 127km ) and Angra dos Reis ( 150 km) . My tip for those coming from Rio de Janeiro is to take the boat in Conceição de Jacareí as it is the nearest mainland point of the island and the travel time is less. Vessels of 30 in 30 minutes with crossing time of just 15 minutes. Those coming from Sao Paulo, ideal to catch the boat in Angra dos Reis, because it is closer. And who comes from Rio de Janeiro by the morning of 8 am to come by Mangaratiba, outside this time only on Friday there is a time of 22h .
