No Ordinary Manor, too!

Welcome to a small piece of paradise in the rolling hills of Central Ohio! We are just outside of Mount Vernon, and it is 2.5 miles to Kenyon College and to MVNU. We are close to Granville, Amish Country and Mohican State Park. Our welcoming, large place is fully equipped with a kitchen, bedroom with a very comfy queen bed. It has great natural light and wonderful views! A very nice space that is entered from a shared hallway. On first floor, handicapped accessible, shower stall with seat. You will enter the house through a common hallway. The laundry area on the first floor is a shared space, as is the deck area accessed from the first floor. Your space is completely private and separate from the other living areas. We are happy to help make your stay the best possible however we can. Although the apartment is furnished, including a complete kitchen, if you need anything, just let us know! If we are not in our living quarters we are always available by text. We want you to enjoy your time here! We live in the country, on a beautiful road just perfect for walking and hearing the birds sing. We do have cropland on either side of us, so our setting is quite peaceful! Neighbors are a few hundred yards away, so you can really enjoy your retreat. Our driveway holds several cars; we only ask that you not block the garage doors. There is a public taxi service in Knox County during the week, as well as a couple of private taxis available, too. We are also a great place to bring a bike, and the Pelotonia race goes right past our house! Please check the house manual for extra information.
