If we are notified that limits have been exceeded we will be fined by strata, and your security deposit will not be returned. The outdoor pool and hot tub are only operational during the summer months (typically it is from May long weekend until Labour day) Also note that the fourth bedroom is a loft on the third floor of the unit.
