This apartment has natural light and is very airy with all of the cross ventilation. The views are mountainous and there is a small balcony for relaxing with a glass of wine. This compound is well-appointed, gated and is safe and has parking for 1 additional vehicle. It is approximately 20 minutes driving from Maracas Bay and 15-20 minutes driving to city of Port of Spain. May be available on some occasions but mostly occupied with work. This compound is located on a gentle grade uphill so the guests may need transportation. This compound is approximately 10 minutes walk downhill to public transportation if that is an option.
