The apartment has its own separate entrance and parking for your convenience. This spacious apartment sleeps four, additional adult guests are welcome for an extra fee. Coffee maker available. Washer and dryer is available on request. Relax and unwind in the pool. I live upstairs and I'm available to answer any questions if needed. A welcome basket awaits you. However, if you need any groceries before you arrive, just let me know what you need and you can pay when you get here. Our neighborhood is one of the newest developments in Grenada with spectacular views. There is a restaurant and bar at the Le Phare Bleu Marina. It is walking distance away and serves, lunch and dinner and access to the beach. However, a rental vehicle is recommended to get around. For an additional fee of $30.00 each way guest can be picked up from the airport and return when leaving. No smoking is allowed indoors, however, you are welcome to smoke outside of the apartment.
