Trinity River Retreat are friendly, comfortable cabins with the Trinity River at your door step. You also have full usage of 3 manicured acres of land. Full laundry, comfortable fireplaces, electric space heaters, air conditioning and well-appointed kitchens. Firewood, towels, bathing and kitchen supplies are all included. We also have Unlimited WIFI and the river and creek are at your door. Great for fisherman and families. Trinity River Retreat is priced for 4 guests. Each additional guest is a $20 charge per person per night. Party’s and events are not allowed. The unit consist of 2 large cabins. Each cabin has full kitchen, full bathroom, electric space heaters, fireplace, 2 queen hand made log beds and cable tv. These cabins are joined together with two back to back privacy doors. There’s also large gas and charcoal BBQ’S with outdoor dining sets and fire pits at the river. Plus a fish and game cleaning station. We use 100% local fishing guides that are very experienced on the Trinity River. The Trinity River is quiet, but it still has those mild to high fun rapids for rafting, tubing and fishing. The Trinity River has stunning wildlife such as elk, deer, bear, river otters and wonderful birds, such as Bald and Golden eagles. Fish such as Salmon, German Brown trout, and steelhead. Trinity lake : 30 minute drive Lewiston lake: 20 minute drive Whiskey town lake: 30 minute drive Sundial Bridge: 35 minute drive Very easy access to the river. And plenty of parking for boats and campers. We are always available to answer any questions. Trinity River Retreat is located on River Ranch road in Douglas City California. The area is great for kids and adults to roam around safely without getting hurt. We are located only 1/4 mile from Indian Creek boat ramp and Indian Creek lodge & Cafe. If your looking for trials to hike on, Douglas city has several trails and some of them are places where gold was first discovered and there’s much more of these trails in Weaverville and many other places. Trinity Transit stops in Douglas city,1/2 mile, but it’s best to have a car too take advantage of everything Trinity county has to offer. In 1/2 of a mile there is a local grocery store and in a 1/4 of a mile Indian Creek boat launch and cafe. Weaverville has beautiful art galleries, museums, restaurants and shops, as well as a excellent supermarket and pharmacies.
