Full kitchen amenities, washer dryer inside and a very comfty living room to welcome your visits. The building has a great private gym, a very clean semi Olympic pool, a barbecue area and a playground for children. It is important to know that because of COVID situation, there is a pre booking for the gym and the pool 24 hours in advanced. They only allowed 2 people in each area per hour. Escazu is at 5 minutes away, San Jose downtown 8 minutes away, airport 13 minutes away and if you are looking for sun and sand, the Pacific Ocean is just an hour away. Brand new modern building, surrounded by nature, and the sound of a river that passes right next to it. You can walk through beautiful greenways to go down the river.
