The house is in Greek style, simple and very bright. Kitchen, dining and sitting areas are in open space, 4 steps take to the 2 bedrooms. Please note air conditioning is charged according to usage. La casa e' in stile greco, semplice e molto luminosa. Cucina, pranzo e soggiorno occupano uno spazio comune e 4 scalini portano alla zona notte. L'aria condizionata avra' un costo extra proporzionale all'uso. The interior is simple and bright composed by a kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with comfortable furniture. Four steps take you to the 2 bedrooms, both with private bathroom. La casa e' in stile greco, tipico delle isole dell'Egeo. L'interno e' semplice e molto luminoso composto da una zona giorno con cucina; quattro scalini portano alla zona notte dove ci sono due camere da letto col proprio bagno en suite. La camere sono separate dalla stanza armadio e fornite di serratura a chiave. Guests can enjoy common areas, the veranda overlooking the sea, if they choose to have breakfast or dinner at home. The relaxation area is also at their disposal. I will be present because I live in a separate self contained apt at the back of the house with my dog who is friendly. Having had in the past a travel agency, I will be able to advise/plan what to do and what to see while staying on this wonderful island. Golf Course Heights is a residential area, safe and quiet. Morning walks around the golf course are pleasant and healthy. Il quartiere e' residenziale, sicuro e tranquillo. A fianco il campo da golf che permette belle passeggiate mattutine. The best way to live the island is by renting a car (left hand drive) but many people decide to walk to the bus stop even if the return involves a steep climb. The Golf Course is about 150 meters above sea level. Small buses are frequent and take to town at the terminal where other buses reach practically every locality of interest. Molti decidono di usare i piccoli bus pubblici che passano frequenti e vanno dappertutto ma la strada del ritorno ha un bel pezzo in salita! Upon request, airport pickup can be made for 2 persons at an additional cost of $ US 10 each way. The cost of a regular taxi is $ US 20. At customer's request, it is possible to have tours at privileged price in several languages.
