Private Summer Escape

This is an executive style estate. The back area includes multiple seating areas, spa, swimming pool, outdoor grill and multiple dining and seating areas. There is a separate studio on the property separate from the main house. The studio is occupied by my son who may or may not be in residence during your stay. Most importantly your privacy and exclusive use of all amenities is ensured. NOTE: Pool and spa are not available November through April inclusive. Guests have exclusive use of the main house and external patio and pool areas that includes fire pit, spa, pool and barbecue. The large hillside grass and greenhouse area is private and not open to guests. Please note laundry facilities in the home are not available to guests but host can recommend good local laundry facilities. Access to the entire house and all external areas - with exclusion of the laundry facilities. Available 24/7 via text/phone. A car is required to get around the area. The area is also serviced by Uber and Lyft.
