Quiet Getaway #2

This room has a gorgeous view of Mt Currie. It's a four poster bed with pine and walnut furniture. You share a bathroom. We are a quiet family home with 2 dogs and a cat. 10-15 minute walk to resteraunts, groceries and the bust stop. We have parking if needed. There is Wifi available. We are Licensed by the village of Pemberton. Licence # 873. This room has a great view of Mt Currie, actually many guests have said Spectacular. It looks like you have Everest out your Window. We have Air-conditioning , which really helps in the summer as it gets quite hot from May to September. We turn it low after 11 as the cool mountain breeze catches up. And the windows open for fresh air. This room is a little more romantic with the four poster bed. You have access to a shared bathroom, so please just be courteous and clean up after yourself and rinse out the tub, no one likes to see someone else's hair in the bathroom. We try very hard to be around when guests arrive, so texting or messaging helps. Overall just good communication makes a difference So we are just above the main village of Pemberton, 5 minutes or less. There are trails and hikes all around and in the distance you hear this amazing sound of rushing water. We have a hike to a waterfall , about an hour, but the trail following the rushing creek is just down the road. All accessible by Mt bike the trails are well marked. If you are a mountain biker or paraglider well you are in 7th Heaven because it's all right here. Just literally minutes away. There are no local taxi's. There are commuter buses between Pemberton and Whistler, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. The schedule is on the Pemberton Commuter website, leaves Pemberton at 7:05 and 8:15 am returning from Whistler at 4:15 and 6:05 pm and a new one at 9 pm otherwise you should have a vehicle or a Taxi from Whistler would be around 50$. We would ask that you take your shoes off in the house. There is parking in the driveway. You may be asked to leave your keys on the key rack at the entrance to the house as there may be guests parked behind you and we may have to move guests cars.
