Beachfront villa in Punta Blanca

"La Soleada" is a two-story villa, designed for a large familiy and many friends. It offers exterior areas with a different ambiance each for relax or entertainment. This 13,000 sq ft beach front property has its front door literally touching the sand. The beach is practically private and its water calm and warm. You may also enjoy the pool, in shaded areas, or on tanning recliners. Hammocks hang near our palm trees for amazing siestas. Tables for 8 go well with the grill and bar areas. Punta Blanca is a 90 minute car ride away from the city of Guayaquil. It is on the famous Ruta del Spondylus surrounded by many private communities, close to Salinas and Libertad beaches where you can find hospitals, malls, and an airport. Punta Blanca is also close to Montañita beach and other spots offering a wide variety of activities, from surfing to hiking. From Jannuary 2017, all the bedrooms will have Air conditioning. All rooms and areas, including the grilling area and pool of the property, may be used by the guests. The security guard, Juan, and his family live in a separate suite within the property. Juan is in charge of all the exterior cleaning, maintenance of the pool, and landscaping. He is available to assist guests in anything they may need to maximize the comfort of their stay. Juan can bring just-baked bread from a nearby town every day at 7 AM for the guests. Located approximately one thousand feet from the highway, the house is reached through a rustic road that gives it a good sense of privacy. The beach front of the home feels practically private due to its limited access to the public, except for a few neighbors from the area. The property’s own spacious parking area fits 5 cars comfortably. Taxis may be requested. Miss Mariana handles the interior cleaning and tidying up of the house between 10 AM and 5 PM. She can cook and prepare delicious typical Ecuadorian dishes. Local seafood offerings include crab, lobster, shrimp, bass, and a myriad others; season permit. Often times guests will have the opportunity to enjoy coconuts from the palm trees of the property. From Jannuary 2017 all bedrooms will have air conditioning.
