We are situated high above the Villa, in the Condominium "Sobre o Mar", one of the most beautiful and exclusive condominiums in Ilhabela. Controlled access and security 24 hours 7 days. Lawn, pool, sun loungers, ombrelone. Completely equipped and decorated with good taste. Infinity pool, barbecue, wood oven. Fully equipped kitchen, crockery and bed linen and bath. Despite a small steep hill, the Village and Yacht Club are within a 10-minute in walking distance. The Condominium Sobre O Mar is closed, with gate and door men, with beautiful landscaping and impeccable maintenance services. There are only 36 houses in the condominium. Access to Ilhabela is made by ferries, from São Sebastião, 20 minutes to cross. The Village - Historical Center - is to the north, or to the left of those who leave the ferry.
