Wander across the large yard to the shore and beachcomb amongst the rocks or lounge on the sandy beach just next door. With 220 feet of waterfront, there is plenty of room to enjoy. The main floor features a bright open-concept living room and kitchen. The comfortable furnishings, wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV make for a great place to kick back and relax. The well-designed kitchen features granite countertops, an island with bar stools and everything you’ll need to cook up a feast. The spacious sun room / dining area is located just off the living room and from here you can enjoy the ocean views from wall-to-wall windows. For convenience, you will also find a powder room and a laundry room on this level. The master bedroom is located on the main floor, with a comfortable queen sized bed. This bedroom features a luxurious 4-piece ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub and a separate walk-in shower, as well as a large walk-in closet. Upstairs, are two additional bedrooms – one with a king sized bed and the other with two twin beds. Both of these spacious bedrooms have large windows looking out to sea. The rooms share a four piece bathroom, with a tub/shower combination. A large patio runs along the back of the house and looks out over the lawn and out to the ocean.
