Central Valley View Modern Townhouse Near Heredia

We are offering the master bedroom (queen bed) for rent in our modern home in San Pablo, Heredia. Walking distance to the local supermarket, downtown and the National University. Central A/C, hot water, cable TV and high speed internet included. This listing is for the master bedroom which has its own private garden jacuzzi tub (shower head above) with hot water. The master bedroom has a private balcony that faces the south west direction with a beautiful view of the Heredia Central Valley. The second balcony, also private has a large sundeck area where you can lay out in the sun or is great for stargazing at night. The master bedroom has two closets and a wall hung television with integrated DVD player and local cable TV. You will also have access to the upstairs guest bath with a shower if you prefer or need a second bathroom to use. Please be considerate as the guest bathroom is shared and intended for folks renting the two guest bedrooms upstairs. There is an open common area downstairs with a big screen television, cable TV, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The house has two other guest bedrooms upstairs which are available for separate rental. The overall public area of the house is shared among guests unless you choose to rent all of the rooms. Downstairs there is one separate bedroom with a shower and sink and a half bath (toilet and pedestal sink) on the ground floor. Security code locks are installed on each bedroom door and will be enabled and deactivated after your stay. For your security, codes are changed for each guest and rooms have their own personal electronic safe for valuables. While we do occasionally have other guests in the house, most of the time we only rent to a single person, couple or family. Just ask and let us know if you prefer having the place to yourself and most of the time we can accommodate your needs. On street parking is available in addition to the 2 car garage. The garage is available on a first come fist served basis with priority for the guest occupying the master bedroom. The neighborhood is in a gated community with 24/7 guards and on street parking is permitted. Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle. You can reach myself or my wife at any time via text message, email or (Hidden by Airbnb) . We are not in Costa Rica but have a person to come and help you out if there is a problem with the house. We are also connected with a variety of tour providers and a person that you can contract for Spanish classes if you are interested. Feel free to ask any questions before or during your stay. The "Scorpio" gym is walking distance and gives out a free 1 week trial membership if you show some interest. Just taking a walk around the neighborhood is a great way to take in some exercise. You can take the bus into downtown Heredia waiting at the stop just in front of the "Scorpio" gym (to the left) when you leave the neighborhood entrance. You can also take the bus to San Isidrio (to the right) just before the "El Marino" convenience store. The convenience store is about a block up the street when you exit the neighborhood to the right. Uber is also operating in the area and you can take a taxi by cal (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) We recommend Uber over the local taxis when they are available. Costa Rica utilizes a great deal of hydroelectric power so please be conscious of the environment and do not overuse the air conditioning and water as these resources are somewhat scarce, especially electricity and water in the dry season.
