THE LOFT Studio is close to University of Dayton about 1 mile, just minutes from Historic Oregon District, Carillon Park, Shuster, Performing Arts, Lots of Restaurants, breweries, coffee shops. The Loft is a cozy studio featuring Queen bed with soft sheets, pillows & comforter, Full Bathroom with bathtub, Kitchenette with mini frig, hot plate, crock pot, electric skillet, toaster, microwave, cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils. 1 flight of stairs. On street parking, keyless entry. WasherDryer Your Studio is a fully furnished living space complete with bedroom, fully appointed kitchenette & full bathroom included inside unit. The only shared space is the entry steps, backyard, back porch and the Community room. Washer & Dryer in Community Room is available the following hours: Monday through Friday 8 am to 8 Pm Saturday AFTER 3 pm to 8 pm Sunday 8 am to 8 pm The studio is 1 of 3 units in the Farmhouse There is a Farmers Market available on Saturdays next door. We like to give our guests total privacy, but we are always available if any need arises day or night DURING your stay. Please don’t hesitate to text on the Airbnb app and we will be with you ASAP. We are a short Uber ride to most places. Or we have public transportation and bike rentals. We can help you rent a car if you need one please let us know. Uber, bus, rent a bike or let us know if you need a Rental car and we can help with that. We have car rental place conveniently located right across the street from the apartment.
