Quiet, airy, clean and good location

My house is in a small, quiet residential village, close to the Ipiranga and Zoology Museums, park, SESC, restaurants, markets, shops, universities, hospitals etc. 17 minutes (walking) from the Santos Imigrantes subway that takes 13 minutes to Av. Paulista. Well ventilated room and house, complete infrastructure for living, comfort and cleanliness. Educated and good mood people are welcome! Next to the house there are a lot of trees that make the place cool and nice, full of birdsafe and peaceful. All house, excepting my bedroom. I am available to help you during your stay. A very nice neighborhood, quiet and helpful. Ipiranga is full of Brazil history, there are the Independence and Zoology Museums, park, churchs and historic buildings. Nights are busy, there are many nice pubs and restaurants. We are luck, there is a SESC behinde the museum where happens many cultural events, concerts and expositions. SESC is also good to eat well for a cheap price and have coffee reading a news paper for free! The house is located next to Av Nazaré near the museum, where there are buses to various places in the city. 18 minutes walking from Santos Imigrantes subway station. I enjoy so much hosting people in my house, even more nice and educated people who have good energy!
