IN JERI: GREAT VIEW / LOW PRICES / 4 PERS

Little 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom house with a little terrace in front of the dunes of Jericoacoara National Park. Located in a green, quiet and preserved area of Jeri next to high standing pousadas (La Villa, Villa Jomael, Villa Alegria). At a walking distance from the main beach of Jeri (5 min) and the animated center (7 minutes). The place is perfect for 4 people max ( 2 double beds). The third single bed is more appropriated for a child. There is high speed wifi (100mbits/s) A friend of mine architect designed and built the house in 2011, its surface is 64m2 on 2 floors. The entrance on the main floor gives onto a 10m2 full equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, blinder, toaster, kettle, Italian coffee maker, kitchen utensils, large table, chairs and bench. Then, on an opened patio to suspend 2 hammocks and a bathroom at the end with shower and toilets. Stairs lead to the first floor and 2 bedrooms. The first 10m2 bedroom includes a bathroom inside with shower and toilets. The bathroom is inside the room, there is no wall. The second room is 10m2 too and has an access to a balcony and a small terrace equipped of a hammock and a little sofa. The view is on the dunes (Sunset dune included) and the beautiful pousada Villa Jomael. All the doors inside the house are sliding glass doors. A maid comes everyday except Monday. The sheets and towels are changed every 4 days. Internet is included in the renting price. There is a small locker for passports, money and small devices. All access to the house I always exchange a lot with my guests: i send a proper guide of Jeri with a lot of tips, help to book the transfers from Fortaleza or respond to any kind of particular request. The house is located next to high standing pousadas La Villa, Villa Jomael, Villa Alegria. It is a very quiet and preserved with a lot of plants and flowers. The view on the dunes are unique. Foreign (not resident) cars can not circulate in Jeri. If you come with your own vehicle, you will have to park it at the main parking at the entrance of the city. Though you ll be able to get in to leave your luggage at your place, you ll have to go back at the entrance to park your car. The price of the parking is R$40/day/car (jan 2021). The best season to for kitesurf and windurf is from June to January: generally with a lot of sun and wind. From feb to may, it is the rainy season, it can rain a lot or sometimes a little, each year is different. In case of rain there is a small central part of the house (patio and stairs) that can be wet. The monthly reduction of 30% is december excluded.
