This home is in a special location for whatever you are visiting for. Whether you may be looking to be close to Nike and Intel campuses, visiting family and friends in the region, or just enjoying all the Pacific Northwest has to offer. With a perfect blend of comfort, style, and location, this three bedroom home is a great option for your family or small group. The property makes great use of space with it's open floor plan allowing for groups to enjoy cooking, dining, and entertainment in the living room with each other. Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms, two of which have TV's. There is one full shared bath for two of the bathrooms and a large master bath with a walk-in closet. The large closet is great for families travelling with young kids as we provide a pack and play and some basic toys for enjoyment. The patio in the backyard is wonderfully maintained and fantastic for enjoying the green-space beyond. Next to the home is a small path that leads to another section of neighborhood. Along the path you will cross over Beaverton Creek that winds through region and a number of parks such as Seminole, Sutherland Meadows, and Lexington Park. Another feature of the home is the convenience of location. There are multiple grocery options within a mile or two. There is an outdoor mall at the Streets of Tanasbourne just a few minutes away. Numerous restaurants are within a five mile drive or less. You can even walk from the house to the MAX (Portland's Light Rail System) and use that to go downtown, the airport, or other regions to the east and south of Portland. This location is really unbeatable for what ever your plans are in the region. There is one security camera placed outside overlooking the driveway and parking area. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
