Small house with two bedroom ,one bathroom with full kitchen and living area,A/C,cable tv,wifi, the front yard is a very spacious grassy area overlooking not only our beach below but also down the coastline to Manuel Antonio National Park, with a big pool and incredible view. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach . We have a larger (3000 sq my) property with fruit and vegetable planted through the property with a large front yard over looking the beach down below and down the coastline with a nice size pool and patio area with table and chairs The property and pool are all available to check out lots of trees and lots of birds, and great view from anywhere in front yard My wife and I live in a seperate house next to our rental and normally one or both of us are available for info or suggestions and contacts for some tours We live in a very typical small Costa Rican fishing/surfing village with a few great local restaurants and a couple of well stocked grocery stores . There are also a couple of surfboard rental locales and surf lessons available and fishing tours right of the beach in smaller fishing boats with experienced locals. And in close proximity to all the surrounding tours and parks and other amenities Our town is very small and can easily and safely get around town walking even at night. We suggest to have a rental car or your own car to be able to experience the surrounding areas ,towns, parks, waterfalls, tours We have added antibacterial soap dispensers in the house and are and have always thoroughly cleaned with bleach and disinfectant between each guest
