Paradise Valley Resort and Club Condo

Tastefully decorated spacious one-bed condo on 2nd floor with vaulted ceilings and balcony. PVR is an up-scale, secluded, gated adult clothing-optional club. Our condo features premium bedding and fully appointed kitchen. Owner shares vacation get-away with like-minded guests. Easy drive to Helen, Dahlonega, Appalachian Trail, Etowah, Chestatee, Chattahoochee Rivers, hiking trails and numerous vineyards. Shopping, restaurants, theaters, grocery stores within minutes. No smokers/pets. Adult singles and couples. Unit is on second floor with spacious balcony. Full use of kitchen and all appliances including washer and drier. Super comfy mattress with premium bedding. The condo is classy and comfortable. All inclusive full recreational facilities on site available for OPTIONAL DAY FEES that include pools, hot tubs, night clubs with full bar and some meals. All guests entering property must register at the gated entrance. Day fees normally include some meals and snacks excluding beverages. First-time guests must register by 5:00 pm Sunday-Thursday and 6:00 pm Friday and Saturday. If you arrive at 5:05 or 5:10 or any time after 5:00 during the week, the office will be closed and you cannot gain access to the property unless prior arrangements are made. If you arrive at 6:05 or 6:15 or any time after 6:00 pm on Friday or Saturday, the office will be closed and you cannot gain entry unless prior arrangements are made. We cannot stress this rule enough. So if you plan late arrival please let us know. Owners are not usually present, but are easily reached by phone or text. If owners are at resort, they would love to meet their guests. Keyless entry to unit provided upon rental confirmation. Paradise Valley is a gated 100 acre safe CLOTHING OPTIONAL, lifestyle-friendly private social club. Disclaimer: Close encounters with sparsely dressed people is highly likely. Club rules thoroughly reviewed at registration and if not followed can result in permanent loss of access to resort amenities. Gated secure entrance. Ample parking available in front of unit. Walk to all amenities. Owners are sharing the unit with guests, so please treat all furnishings with kindness and respect. Tush towels should always be used when sitting on any furniture. Guests might find some refrigerated and/or pantry items. Use discretion. We ask that you do not put suitcases on bedding, so suitcase racks are provided in bedroom. Checkout times are firm unless otherwise requested.
