Hybridoma Organic Fruit Farm is a 50 acre farm in the Long Green Valley area of Baltimore County, Maryland. The farm was certified organic by the Maryland Department of Agriculture and in recent years has maintained its registered organic status. It has been put into an agricultural easement with the MD Environmental Trust to protect it from development in the future.The name "Hybridoma: originates from an immunology laboratory procedure that was awarded a Nobel Prize. 1. Cleaned with disinfectants 2. Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact 3. All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF 5. High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectants like ( chlorine containing products) countertops, light switches, handles and faucets We follow CDC guidelines. Experience tranquil organic farm tucked away in the beautiful Long Green Valley. Minutes away from a wonderful Boordy Vineyards and local Prigel Creamery, 30 minutes to Downtown Baltimore. Enjoy evening fire pit outside under the starry sky. Leisure recreational fishing available on our property upon request. Charcoal grill is available. The entire guest house is available to enjoy during your stay. The split level farm house offers lower level sleeping accommodations, two bedrooms, one and a half Bath , full kitchen ready to use for cooking or baking, wood burning stove with plenty of seasoned firewood from the farm, beautiful Bay windows, sofa bed in the living room , washer and dryer, air conditioning and heat. The entire house is powered by the Solar energy . The Smart TV offers all popular networks and it is connected to our WiFi. Please enjoy complementary breakfast items : coffee, tea, fresh old fashioned oatmeal and maple syrup (in the fridge). During the Summer Season (June-September) Guests are welcome to PURCHASE freshly baked Pies, Belgian Blueberry Waffles and Our Wood-fired Pizza. Along with Fresh Organic berries. Absolutely No Berry picking or wondering the field without prior consent. The Long Green Valley where the Hybridoma Farm is located offers the Maryland Wine Country experience. No public transportation is available. Do not drive across the field... the cars can get stuck in the mud/snow. Blueberries from our fields are for purchase only and are not a part of AIRBNB room rate. There might be some Farm activities going on during the day time away from the house. Guests are welcome to observe. For the safety of our guests and our Farm we have an outdoor surveillance system in place and active.
