Our Covid19 certified "Creole House" of our guesthouse "Villa Caribbean Dream" is located in the still undiscovered south of St.Lucia, with a view of the wide open Caribbean Sea. Here you will find the Caribbean as you imagine it to be. Secluded beaches, clear blue water, opportunities to do watersports, different adventures and simply pure relaxation! The selfcontained cottage „Creole House“ consists of one bedroom with own bathroom and a surrounding terrace. It is, - like the entire property - delightfully overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the nearby town Vieux Fort. With stunning views and a privat setting it is especially recommended, in particular for Honeymooners. The "Creole House" is a separate creole/caribbean style cottage situated in our lush and beautiful garden of the guesthouse. It boasts a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea, is very openly built and surrounded by a large beautiful terrace. It has it's own bathroom, a queen size bed, TV, wifi access and a fully equipped kitchenette. The terrace includes a dining area and is decorated with tropical plants. The wooden sliding doors open out onto the balcony. We offer peace and seclusion, a breath-taking view from the surrounding terrace of the "Creole House" as well as our sun terrace of the main house of "Villa Caribbean Dream" . On weekends and holidays there are road BBQ’s everywhere in and around Vieux Fort, serving delicious chicken, fish and pork. Afterwards, you can have some fun in in the local bars and clubs into the early morning. “Villa Caribbean Dream” is located in Vieux-Fort, on the hill Moule-a-chique, which has the second highest lighthouse in the world above sea level. You have spectacular views over the whole island and it's a perfect opportunity to hike up the hill in the mornings. Our area is very quiet, most of our neighbors are from overseas and only live part time in their holiday homes. It is also quite secure as we have a very well functioning neighborhood watch group established. Surrounded by a beautiful garden we offer amazing views of the Caribbean Sea. If you would like to experience the Caribbean away from the tourist centers, and if interested in the people and their way of life just as much as secluded bays and tropical rain forests, you're likely to find it here. From Vieux-Fort you have good access to all local busses to Castries and Soufriere. The town is a 15 minutes walk away. Ideal would be a rental car, but it is not a necessity. We also offer assistance with booking tours. Villa Caribbean Dream is a 8 minutes drive from the international airport (UVF) Hewanorra in Vieux-Fort and 1 hr drive from the small regional airport in the north (SLU) We offer peace and seclusion beautiful views and sunsets from the sun terrace of our main house of "Villa Caribbean Dream" and beaches just around the corner. Since St. Lucia's best wind- and kitesurfing spot is only a 7 min. drive away, we are frequented in particular by kite- and windsurfers. But we also like to welcome nature travelers and people who would like to get to know the local life on this beautiful tropical island. New COVID 19 measures: Health and Safety All international travelers need to present a negative test, practice social distancing and other precautions, and remain largely on property for the first two weeks. After the “quarantine period” there are no special restrictions. You can take buses or rent a car, and enjoy the rest of the island, following our local best practices on health and safety.
