117Adams is a brand new, sleek & modern guesthouse located in the Ironbound section of Newark. A 7 minute walk to the train gets you to Midtown or the World Trade Center in 17 minutes. The area has a ton of great Portuguese bakeries and Brazilian restaurants. The house is one train stop from Newark Airport. This room has 2 twin beds plus an additional folding bed (additional cost). This room shares a bathroom with one other room. The kitchen is shared by two other rooms. FREE WiFi is available. PremiumTV can be viewed on any smartphone, tablet, or laptop by downloading the FREE app. The room contains 2 twin beds that can be combined for couples or separated for 2 singles. An additional folding bed is is available for groups of 3. House uses a keypad entry system. Guest will be provided a unique code for the main entry, floor entry and room entry. Guests and will have 24 hour access to the kitchen. A small team manages the house 7 days a week and is alway available via phone, text or email.
