THerefore i will be around. Private entrance. Self Check-in Mirrored Room. Nice Shower Guest have access to the laundry at entrance ( free of charge, detergent not included. ) . Laundry is shared with the whole building therefore you must not leave any laundry unattended. As owner of the house im mostly - All the available , if not you can freely text or call. Therefore i like keeping the guest experience as private as possible. There is a supermarket around the corner, local bodegas, some restaurants, and the apartment is 5 minutes walk from the B/D train 174/175 train station, which takes you to Midtown in ~25 minutes, where you can find many bars and restaurants. It is a very busy and lively neighborhood , and I advise to exercise caution late at night like in any other neighborhood in NYC. Our property is equipped with surveillance camera 24/7 and automatic locks for safety. Subway Station is 5 minutes walk from the premises. ( D& B TRAIN) @ 174-175 St Station Please make sure entrance door is locked at all time. And since the door is on a side driveway , please look before going out.
