The rooms are structured and decorated in a simple but comfortable way, living room with a 50'' smartv with streaming (netiflix and amazon), a large and comfortable kitchen to accommodate 6 people, with a small backyard. The neighborhood is very quiet close to an excellent supermarket, bakery and pharmacy Bairro muito tranquilo, com dois empórios bem próximos, a 10 minutos a pé do centro da cidade onde estão localizados, bares, cinema, cafeteria, supermercado, lojas e bancos. The house is in one of the most central neighborhoods of the city, so it is very easy to get around. The distance of my ad in relation to the bus station, by car is 10 minutes on foot 25 minutes. There are public transport options, as there are points very close to the house. Parking at the house for 1 car. We care a lot about the neighbors so we don't allow noise before 8:00 and after 22:00.
