SOLEIL SURF SHACKS - 2 BED UPPER UNIT + ROOFTOP

Our brand new 2 bedroom apartment is located near the heart of the magical pueblo of Lo de Marcos, Mexico. Enjoy staying a block away from the towns plaza with all of the restaurants and stores so close. Our beautiful beach is just a 5 minute walk down a tropical river path, or a 3 block walk through town. Our newly constructed 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit comes with very comfortable king size beds, a sectional sofa, fully equipped kitchen, tv, wi-fi, surfboards & beach cruiser bikes to enjoy. Brand new construction with modern Mexican finishes and details. We have gorgeous views of the jungle, palm trees and mountains from our beautiful rooftop terrace which is perfect for yoga or hosting yoga retreats, Or just for enjoying the sun, sunset, happy hour or dinner with family & friends. We have 4 beach cruiser bikes, 2 surfboards & 2 paddle boards that come included with your rental along with yoga mats & more. The apartment is located on the second level with a private staircase & entry just for guests. The Beautiful rooftop terrace is on the third level & only for the use of guests only during their stay. My husband, myself, our 4 year old daughter & dog Gordo are living in the lower level unit and are available to answer any questions you may have, address any concerns, offer helpful advice for your vacation, while giving you complete privacy. Our place is located in a nice, safe and friendly local neighborhood, very close to all of the restaurants, stores and amenities. It is a very short 4-5 minute walk to the beautiful Lo de Marcos beach. From our place, you walk along a river path lush with greenery, flowers, and most of the time there are tropical birds & turtles in the river on your way to the beach. If you walk through town, The beach is just a 3 block walk from the plaza. We are located across the street from the most popular (and delicious) restaurant in town, Arcelia's. They are open for breakfast, lunch & dinner in the high season. The town’s plaza is a 1 minute walk. The beach is a 4 minute walk. It is easy to walk to everything in town & to anywhere on the beach. The streets are simple to learn and we are located close to the restaurants & stores. You may also ride the beach cruisers we have available. The local “Compostela” bus runs frequently and will drop you off or pick you up right in the plaza (approx every 30 mins) just a block away from our place. It can take you to or from any neighboring town or to the airport. Taxis are easy and affordable as well. We are located 15 mins north of San Pancho, and 20 mins north of Sayulita. It is about an hour to the (PVR) Puerto Vallarta airport. We supply all the basics for you like water, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee with a French press, butter, oil, salt, pepper, hot sauce, beach blankets "colchitas", a beach umbrella and an ice chest too if you need it. We also have a pack n play "crib" with a sheet, a booster seat and some kids beach toys etc. There is a hairstyling studio that I work out of, and my husband has a surf/fishing shop above my salon, located in the front/streetside portion of the building, completely detached and separated from the living units.
