upper one-bedroom duplex ( there are 14 fairly steep steps)plus 4 steps to get to the inside landing---, the owner lives on the ground floor. ideal for a couple or single. the price will include our wi-fi and clean-up for the next guests and our extra cost for utilities--------hal we also have now premium tv stations ,keurig coffee maker added we ask the guests to leave the place as you found it .This our home for friends of the family and is not just a hotel room---Hal &Pat We have outside furniture,out back that can be used by guests I can wash the bugs of their car, if needed---hal For information, both my wife and myself are fully vaccinated for the covid 19 and believe in the science for getting vaccinated, to protect our guests and community. Thanks to our guests that have allergy's ,we now wash with no-smell detergents. Also quest's are welcome to bring their own bedding. 5 to 10 minute walk to Sarnia bay parking will be in front of our house on the street----make sure you keep your car locked Our quite time is 11pm Our place goes the distance with cleaning and disinfecting , in these trying times there is a laundry mat 3 doors down for guests to use
