Complimentary breakfast on the first day This is an awesome intimate boutique style stay at a 7 room Villa in Playa Potrero. Suitable for large family groups, great four Weddings or yoga retreats. We are one block from the beach of Playa Potrero and cater to all your needs. We have an outside living Style outside Lounge area bar area yoga meditation area. We have tours as well. All rooms have cable TV internet is throughout the whole property.. We have 24 property security/street security. I am pet friendly but if you do have animals that you're going to bring you must disclose that to us before I accept the reservation. Pets are not allowed in the pool, beds or lounge furniture. We rent the whole Villa for your family group, yoga retreats or weddings groups. Hosting up to 14 people. The property is set up like this. It's a block away from the beach. It's a lot size property. On each corner of the lot is a bedroom with their own separate washrooms, they look like little cabins. In between two cabins is the swimming pool. In between the other two cabins is the yoga, meditation area. In the middle of the property is the open-concept lounge, bar area that blends into where the pool is. Upstairs of the middle Rancho style section is three other bedrooms. One is a king suite with its own balcony, it's huge. It has a king size bed with a single bed in there as well. The other two rooms across the hall have queen size beds. Back downstairs at the back of the property is the barbecue eating and lovely kitchen facility. At the other end of the property behind the back is the laundry area. This is a cool cozy place where people can regroup with family members, yoga gatherings or weddings in a quiet serene Oasis. We are more than happy to accommodate any external activities like snorkelling, kayaking, horseback riding, ATV, jet skis or fishing expeditions; just let us know and we will accommodate your requests. The property is guarded by security on the street. A really cool little spot the chillax. We are a two-minute walk to the beach and all the other seven pristine beaches are within walking distance. There are lots of Fruit markets fish markets and general supplies within walking distance as well as bars restaurants Etc. We have 24 property security and street security. You can access all of the property through the main Front Gate entrance. Your room is private with your own private washroom. Your room has air conditioners, cable TV, great hot water, brand new bed linens and towels. Each room is completely different with its own unique appeal. Guests can reach me by (Hidden by Airbnb) and they can also speak to the caretaker on the property. This is the neighbourhood blended with Costa Ricans and foreigners. It's a quiet neighbourhood. If you take a look around there's monkeys and different species of birds but usually like to visit our property. You can get around by bus very easily and there are reasonable taxis. there's lots of markets and bars and small cafes in the area we are a block away from the beach and seven other pristine beaches lots of buses to get around. Taxis are abundant. We have 24 property security and street security.
