Despite the fact that in our area, we are rarely without electric power service, brownouts and voltage changes are almost daily recurring. AIR CONDITIONER MUST REMAIN OFF while no one is in the apartment to protect it and conserve energy. We ask that you turn off the air conditioning unit every time you leave the property, to ensure that you can enjoy it throughout your stay.
