HIldegard’s Cottage

HILDEGARD'S COTTAGE over-looks the historic village of Tellico Plains, the "Gateway" to the Cherokee National Forest. It is motorcycle-friendly and near world -class trout fishing, kayaking, rafting, & tubing on the Tellico, Hiwassee, and Ocoee Rivers. It is a short walk from downtown. The cottage has 3 BR; 1 BA; a modern kitchen (stocked with everything needed to prepare and eat any meal/except for food); a living room; HVAC; cloths washer and dryer; dishwasher; covered porch overlooking the village; TV; and WiFi. Please see our photos. Our cottage is 90 years old with renovations (HVAC, flooring, siding, roof, plumbing, electrical, appliances, bath, kitchen, and other). As part of its charm, it has uneven floors. Most guests love it. All of the cottage will be available to our guests. We will do our best to greet each guest, answer all guestions, and provide anything to make their stay comfortable, happy, and full of good memories. The cottage is in an old Tellico neighborhood and is a short walk to the famous Tellico Grains Bakery. There is no public transportation. The cottage is in the wooded mountains of East Tennessee next to the Cherokee National Forest. We will give you our best advice regarding your safety and comfort.
