This house has 2 units (upstairs & downstairs) each with their own kitchen and bath. They are rentable separately or together(see our other listings). The pool is shared and yard is lush and well cared for. Hammock swings in a yard filled with palms and coconut trees. Second floor has a beautiful balcony and windows with fantastic views. The pool is exclusive to this house only and shared only with upstairs and downstairs guests. Yard is lush and well cared for. Almost constant breezes and 12 fans keep you cool. I am available by phone for questions but have a care taker on site to help you locally in person. The house is on a beautiful dead end street that ends at the Estero Bejuco delta. Local hotels with in walking distance have great bars and restaurants. Shopping mall is a few minutes away. Located 20 miles south of Jaco and 30 miles north of Quepos home of the famous Manuel Antonio. Great surfing immediately in front of house. Delta at end of street is great for fishing and river swimming. Abandoned beaches on the far side of delta. Buses go up and down the highway from Quepos to Jaco and back. Highway is walkable to the house.
