Cozy place ia a green neighborhood

Reformamos para melhor recebê-los. Ampliamos nossa edícula, com uma cozinha americana, um lindo balcão de madeira e um banheiro todo aconchegante. Temos o antes e o depois nas fotos. =) Room and living room together, with a little kitchen and a bathroom, enough space for travelers. Close to the main house with a garden between them. Familiar environment, clean,cozy and in a calm neighborhood. Some improvements have been made for hosting you. São Paulo, a very big and crazy city. Our place is in a very nice neighborhood, with some parks near from it. We have two little gardens where you can grill some food in our little portable grill. We recently painted it, fixed the shower, restored the floor and the two beds. We have also a big air mattress. We have a fridge and everything you need into a kitchen, just not a oven yet! And if you need something that is not there, we will probably have on the main house, be free to ask. It's my old room, and now, me and my mom want to use it to receive travelers. She can speak German, Spanish, Portuguese and a little bit English. She is a very open minded woman and a very nice person. Washing machine, hair dryer and ironer we will be happy to borrow you if you ask in the main house. A very green neighborhood, good location, not far from the city if it's not rush hour. Easy to come and go, but, my advice is using uber, not expensive and safe. There is a supermarket very close to us, about 150m. Bus station 200m Subway station 300m (Lilas line - Alto da Boa Vista Station) We have two beds, if there is a third person he/she can sleep on the air mattress! =)
