This room now has its own split-AC system to keep you comfortable regardless of how hot it gets outside. No pets. :) Cozy, quiet, with fireplace and sauna, close to Edgefield (2 miles), Yoshida Gardenview Estate (7.5 miles), and Multnomah Falls, with easy access to PDX, downtown Portland, Mt. Car, bus, Max, Uber/Lyft, taxi Agreement through AirBnB or directly with the property owner to stay at Tudor Estate -- with street address 800 Wistful Vista Dr., Fairview OR 97024 -- constitutes an individual contract between each guest and Tudor Estate LLC (an LLC registered in Oregon), and not with the owner. Each guest warrants he or she is at least 18 years of age and is not bringing onto the property: firearms, illegal weapons, illegal (including decriminalized) drugs, or pets. Guest waives liability on the part of the property owner and Tudor Estate LLC for any injuries sustained while using or on the property, except and only as allowed by Oregon law.
