Kitchen is well equipped with utensils and appliances and has a super cozy pantry space for quick meals. Service area with washing machine and dryer. The condominium is at the end of Rua das Gaivotas right in front of the entrance to the beach (just cross the street and you are already on the white sands on the north side of Praia dos Ingleses). The common areas of the condominium (swimming pool, game room and courts) are available for use. Private parking space for 1 car. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: (1) Rental Hosts require mandatory completion of registration form outside of Airbnb for all guests after booking is closed; (2) parties and social events are not allowed in the accommodation, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am; (4) it is prohibited to smoke and/or use illegal drugs inside the condominium accommodations and common areas; (5) we do not host pets.
