A/C in each room, kitchen and living room. If you like water sports we are a few blocks from the river and many yacht clubs in the area. Guests can easily access the entire house. There are going to be two locked rooms. I give my guests independence, but I am available if they need me. Quiet neighborhood of houses with garden and family atmosphere. Public transport nearby.
