The Serra neighborhood is safe and strategic. It is close to several interest spots in the city for both leisure and work. A fee will be charged for any major damage. • For fire prevention and safety, make sure you do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes fans, hair straighteners, and portable device chargers. And as a reminder o No visitors o No smoking anywhere on the premises at any time! o No parties or events, no illegal activity or anti-social behavior. Lastly, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
