Patacaliente House - El Suizo

The house is located in Barva downtown, three blocks away from the central park, next to Barva's main river on a private property that is surrounded by trees and nature. It has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dinning room, laundry room and a big terrace which is the property's highlight where you'll be surrounded by nature and will be able to spot Downtown Barva and nearby areas. The house is located on a 10.000 m2 family compound. where my friendly and helpful family lives. It's a very safe family compound, there's always someone in the property and it has its own alarm system. I live right next to the house and work at my father's garage that's located in the same property, so I'll be around pretty much 24/7. My parents (who should be a feature since they are lovely people) live right in front of the house and will be around if you need them too. We are very helpful and welcoming people that will invite you to our place if we are having any activities and you're up for it. Barva is an old, cozy, rustic, rural and little town where everyone knows each other. It has everything you need. This town benefits from tourism, so it's a safe place. My only advise would be: have common sense! Don't take night walks with your laptop by yourself and you'll be just fine. If you're thinking on uber please contact me so I can send you the location.
