We hope you will love our 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home near UT Martin campus. This cozy, yet surprisingly spacious home, includes a comfortable living room, full kitchen and dining room. Reservations are $150 each night. We also list this same residence, as a two bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room space, at $100 per night. 5 bedroom 2 bathrooms Living Room Dining Room Kitchen Washer and Dryer It is convenient to the Opera house, Grind Mac and Cheese Burgers, Martin Coffeehouse, Blue Oyster Bar and Grill and other great restaurants. The home which is on an acre of land is located just 1.2 miles from the college and is also close to the Martin Recreation Complex. Many guests like to go to Discovery Park of America which is just 17 miles away! You are welcome to park up to two cars in the carport and there is additional parking in the driveway. Host will be available if needed. We hope you enjoy your stay! Guests will use the keypad on the front door to enter the home. Code will be given after stay is confirmed. For the best experience at Andrelle’s Place, we recommend downloading the AirBnB app. We will send check-in instructions and we can both use the app to communicate before and during your stay. I will most always be available for texts or calls. If I am not, I have several co-hosts. The home is located on an acre of land. There is a large field in the backyard so you can nature watch and still feel close to the university and downtown Martin. We are DOG friendly. We ask that you let us know in advance if you are bringing your dog, as there is an additional $50 fee that will be charged via AirBnB to account for the extra time it takes to clean the house. Help us to keep our family home "sparkling clean" for other guests by not allowing your dog on/in the bed, or on the furniture. We offer a discount on weekly stays (7 days or more) and for monthly stays (28 days or more).
