It’s a new remodel studio apartment with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The decoration of the apartment, located in San Pablo de Heredia, is inspired in one of our most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean side of Costa Rica: Cahuita. It have 24 hours private securit. The house is near SJO airport and very accesible to travel to Poás and Irazú volcanoes, Jacó beach and the seaside province of Puntarenas. Very close to the capital San Jose. Easy access to taxis and busses There's a supermarket call Más x Menos less than 400 m away (walking distance) and nearby there is a bakery with really recommended bread and coffee, a sushi restaurant and a pizzeria. The apartment studio is located really close from a main road, where you can find buses going to San José or Heredia. It is very well equipped: it has air conditioning, washing machine, dryer and full kitchen. The house have a guard 24 hours so there’s no problem with late or early check in or check outs. You'll have a private parking lot if needed. El barrio es muy seguro, tranquilo y agradable. Cerca se puede caminar durante el día, hay restaurantes cerca o bien solicitar taxi o Uber para conocer San José, Heredia centro o las montañas de Heredia. A varios kilómetros de distancia está el mall Paseo de las Flores, uno de los más grandes de la zona con cine, food court, tiendas, etc. También está muy bien ubicado si lo que necesita es ir a las principales universidades de la zona, como La Universidad Nacional (UNA), Universidad Latina, Universidad Hispanoamericana, etc. The studio apartment is very well decorated and is located inside a closed and secure condominium. The park is indoors, outside the condominium but guarded by the guard. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet and pleasant. Nearby you can walk during the day, there are restaurants nearby or request a taxi or Uber to know San José, Heredia downtown or the mountains of Heredia. Several kilometers away is the Paseo de las Flores mall, one of the largest in the area with cinema, food court, shops, etc. It is also very well located if you need to go to the main universities in the area, such as the Universidad Nacional (UNA), Universidad Latina, Universidad Hispanoamericana, etc. Hay servicios de transporte público para San José y Heredia a menos de 100 metros de distancia. The great thing about the apartment it's that is really close from the bus stop that can take you to the capital San Jose or the center of Heredia. The bus stop is less than 100 m, but far enough to no be other by the noise of the cars or buses. The same bus will take you downtown in San Jose o to Universidad Nacional in Heredia. -Its a quite a nice neighborhood. -It have 24 hour security with guard. -There's a supermarket, restaurants and buses stops (to San José o Heredia) walking distance.
