Our pretty spacious 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms apartment, is ideally located on a breezy hillside in Harmony Hall near Prospect, with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and nearby islands. It's a 10 minute drive to the beaches, bars, restaurants and the airport. Just 20 minutes to the capital Kingstown. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people . It is air-conditioned with lots of storage space, a laundry room and outside space. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, split level oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, electric kettle, cutlery, cookware, pots and pans, hair-dryer, iron, linens, bath and beach towels are all provided. Readers have a library of books and magazines to browse through in the bookcase, also maps and St Vincent guidebooks. And to connect to the Internet we provide Wifi Broadband. Also available is hair dryer, radio and TV (digital cable with 100s of channels, DVD player and DVDs, both UK, EU and USA plug sockets so no need for adapters. First aid kit and lots of hanging and storage space. An additional single bed can be conveniently placed in the bedroom should you have an extra guest or are travelling with a little one. Guests will have access to our beautiful landscaped garden with their own table, chairs and umbrella, enabling them to enjoy the stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and nearby Grenadine Islands. Access to the apartment is via gated drive so parking is available. A peaceful retreat, a sunny outlook, a complimentary bottle of wine and a breakfast package await your arrival at our relaxing apartment. Breakfast on the lawn while you enjoy the wonderful views is quite a tonic to start the day. Romantic moonlight nights can also be enjoyed giving you a home from home feeling. A swimming pool next door is also available to use. As you have a private apartment you will have a set of keys to come and go as you please. I am available mostly on site, however, there are times when I am away and will communicate via the Internet. St Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) is located between St Lucia, 24 miles to the north, Grenada 75 miles to the south and Barbados is 100 miles to the east. With the Grenadines, this unique destination offers 32 beautiful islands and cays. It is the perfect destination for sea-bathing, spectacular sailing, snorkelling, diving, bird and dolphin watching. Mainland St Vincent is a haven for Eco tourism - dormant volcano, several waterfalls and dramatic scenery and flora. A visit to the unique Tobago Cays allows you to have a heavenly experience. The Grenadine Islands on the other hand, offer some of the best sailing water in the Caribbean with crystal clear waters and white sandy beaches. Tour guide, baby sitting and maid services can also be arranged at an additional cost. The apartment is conveniently located on bus routes directly into the town centre, the beach, bars and restaurants. Parking at the apartment is also available. We are situated a 10 min walk to the main road and bus routes. Renting a car/jeep is your choice. Airport connections are good. Arrive into Barbados, St Lucia, Grenada and other Caribbean Islands offer connections into St Vincent by LIAT Airline. Journey times are from 30 minutes to 1 hour. A taxi from Arnos Vale Airport is 10 minutes or we can pick you up if arranged in advance. The connection from Barbados provides the fastest and most direct route to St Vincent. Private taxis & tours are also available. This apartment will accommodate five guests. Any loss or damage will be paid for by guests. Only names stated on the booking are allowed into the apartment. The apartment is on one level so is accessible to people with walking difficulties. I have a cat that lives in the main house. She is very well behaved and will not enter your apartment. She is too busy basking in the sun...! Check-in is set at 4pm or later and check-out at 11am. Luggage may be dropped off at any time after 10am to help you plan your trip comfortably. NB....Please note: Medical students and tutors wishing to apply for longer term accommodation are offered a different package. The monthly rental is USD$1300 inclusive except for electricity. The apartment has it's own meter so the cost of electricity is allocated by Vinlec, our local electricity company.
