Our place is a beautiful 3 bedroom penthouse with 200 sq m / (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) sq ft. with breathtaking views, located nearby the beach (700m), supermarkets (800m) and shopping centers (1km). Ideal for couples and families, this stylish apartment has a hot tub, barbecue grill, equipped kitchen, cable TVs, (Hidden by Airbnb) Chrome (Main TV: Netflix, Youtube) and WIFI among other amenities. The condo has a complete leisure area with swimming pools, sauna, sports court and restaurant. This cozy apartment has been equipped with all the necessary items for a pleasant and comfortable stay. There is kitchen and table ware for basic meal preparations and a Nespresso machine. You can use anything that is available. Rooms & Bathrooms: We provide clean sheets, covers and towels (to be used within the premises of the condo). You will have access to the entire space in the apartment, as well as to the leisure areas: swimming pools, sports court, steam room, sauna and restaurant. Free parking available. What makes our location unique is that you have a lot of options within walking distance: beach (700m), supermarkets (800m) restaurants and shopping centers (1km). While there is a lot you can do within a walking distance, there is plentiful of options for getting around: Uber, Subway, Taxi, Bus, bikes and boat - we recommend getting an Uber to go to other parts of the city. The beach is quite close to the apartment. It is a 10 minute walk at most. There is a constant free boat service for crossing the canal. (You just need to use the provided boat card) Make sure you check the sleeping arrangements section. The condo has a gym, but there is an extra charge of BRL 100/person. (Single charge, multiple accesses). Loud music / noite after 10pm is not allowed. Rule breach may generate a fine.
