Cozy, sunny 2 bedroom, 1 bath in an older duplex. Conveniently located in Burlington's South End. About a mile from Lake and Bike Path, City Market, and UVM. Parking on premises. Upstairs private porch. Washer and dryer available in basement, which is shared with first floor unit. I am always available to answer questions, but I am not generally on the premises. Just far enough from the center of town to avoid any noisy late night revelers. The bus stops on the corner, but you probably won't need it. Just park your car in the garage and walk to town, the Lake or the colleges. Non/minimal shedding, well behaved dogs are generally allowed with a $100 pet fee.
