The City Oasis

The City Oasis is one of five listings of the Corner House Private Rooms and Apartments presented by an attentive, beautiful and charming super host. It is ideally located near the bustling city center but is still lucky enough to be surrounded by a quiet, picturesque and countryside atmosphere. Meals can be ordered on property and the host is available when transportation becomes challenging or unavailable. The upstairs house offers three bedrooms , two bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen and lots of balcony space. Two of the rooms have air conditioning but they are all equipped with standing fans. If you truly want to savour the truly St.Lucian, island living then the City Oasis is the place for you. The City Oasis is located on a hill and is really in the centre of things yet it offers tranquility and a very natural outdoor environment. The major Ports are both less than 10 minutes away as well as the beautiful Vigie Beach. The set up is very spacious, fully equipped, high ceilings, clean, picturesque and fresh due to the lush vegetation and the breezy atmosphere. There is a great deal of outdoor seating so it is always possible to soak up the sunlight , the views or the fresh air. The apartment sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. The larger en suite bedroom sleeps up to four guests. I go out of my way to shift beds so guests who prefer separate sleeping can use one queen bed and two singles or even four singles. I need guests to confirm their preferences after they have booked so the change is made. To keep the room spacious especially in the case of just one couple, the king bed is offered. Apart from the upstairs space, guests can wonder around the outside garden , dip in the plunge pool, and explore the numerous fruit trees outside. You will certainly find, mangoes, bananas, plantains, ackees, sugar apples, golden apples, love apples, star apples, cherries, mewees, guavas, plums ,cocoa, breadfruit, tamarind, grapefruit, limes, coffee and many enchanting tropical flowers. It really is an Oasis in the city. Luckily, I am a very attentive and concerned host. My guests' comfort, experiences and safety are paramount. My guests can always reach me , day or night. I am usually on property and will always respond to my phone or a knock on my apartment door. I am always ready and willing to assist my guests with meals, tours, trips, taxi, airport pick ups or just casual conversation and dining. The property is located very near the city. Like all cities it comes with all the positive amenities as well as the challenges. Guests are remined to be cautious and alert. Use the bus system and taxi services after hours. Stay in touch with the host when unsure. All cities have a lot in common, however, our choices will determine the quality of our experiences. I am pleased to inform you that there is a very reliable bus system right outside the parking lot. The bus runs from 7:00 am to 11:00 am and recommences at 2:30 pm to the city. It then runs up until 9:00 pm. The bus fare is $1.50 EC one way. There are taxis to and from the city as well. When both these options are unavailable, like on Sundays and holidays, the host fills in for a much discounted fare. Three separate listings combine to make up the City Oasis. They are, The Window Room Bed and Breakfast , The Corner House Private Room Bed and Breakfast and The Private Oasis Bed and Breakfast. Although The City Oasis doesn't have a combined breakfast plan, the wonderful thing is: meals can be ordered on site; breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a quick snack. Meals however, must be ordered in advance. I am pleased to announce that a very skilled chef lives on property. I am also multi talented so feel free to ask about, sewing needs or chaperone services.
