We live in a cabin here. We are a couple of Tourist Guides. We can provide information about the place and we also speak in English. It is very well and quite located, 400 meters from the Avenida del Libertador (downtown), 300 meters from Lake Argentino. There are also markets nearby. From the cabin it is very easy to move on foot, the town is small, and quiet (at any time). There is also taxi rank nearby (350 meters), or we can call a taxi if you need.
