The Beach House sits 50 meters from the water with stunning views of the mountains while surrounded by lush jungle and mangroves. The almond trees are a hot spot for the Macaws. Welcome to The Beach House in Puerto Jimenez, Costa Rica on the Osa Peninsula which is one of the most bio-diverse places on the planet. With nature all around the area boasts a wealth of wild life. The Beach House is available for rental per night or weekly. It is a four bedroom / four bathroom house with loft, full kitchen and space for 8 to 18 people, located just outside of town on a calm swimming beach. The house makes a great base to explore the area and enjoy surfing, fishing, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding or just simply relaxing. With the town so close you can walk to local restaurants, bank, grocery store, pharmacy, etc, it is about 15 minutes. The Beach house is in the jungle with regular guests including iguanas, squirrels, a variety of birds such as the tiger heron (Bob the bird), toucans, a gang of macaws, green parrots, parakeets plus the occasional monkey. The beach house is ideally suited for groups and families looking for an out of town experience while still being close to the action. Amenities include hot water, a/c, telephone, Wi-fi and on-site management to help you with whatever you need to have a pleasant stay. You have access to the entire house including balconies, full kitchen, open living space, hammocks, the yard, bbq area and beach. Mi casa es su casa. Make yourself at home. I live on site and am here to assist you with whatever you may need to make your stay more enjoyable. Available at extra cost: massage, tours, excursion, chef, etc, etc. The neighborhood is just outside of town on a calm swimming beach with awesome views of the Golfo Dulce and the mountains. There are tons of scarlett macaws and many other birds that surround the house. I walk every morning and see white face, squirell and howler monkeys often. Ideally you want a car to explore all the Osa has to offer but you can get away without one too. The house is in walking distance to town and you can also call Express which is kind of like uber eats to deliver anything needed to the house for a $2 charge. There are various activities availableI can book for you including horseback riding, snorkling, dolphin watch, waterfall rappelling, sport fishing, surfing trips, mangrove kayaking, kayak fishing, tree climbing, chocolate tour, Catamaran tour and zipline canopy tours. Bird watching is also world class here on the Osa Peninsula. There are many activities here in the Osa to suit your needs and the Beach House can help you arrange all of these activities.
