The guest house is placed between two beaches: Praia Mole (1,5km) and Praia da Joaquina (1,9). It's located in Lagoa da Conceição and has a stunning lagoon view. Everything you'll need only a few meters away, markets, drugstores, restaurants, bars... It's located in the neighborhood Lagoa da Conceição and has an amazing view to this beautiful lagoon. Besides the easy acess to the beaches (you can go walking, only a few minutes from the house), you'll have markets, drugstores, bakeries, many restaurants and bars really near the house. The guests will have access to all the rooms in the house (that has good wireless internet, air condicioner, and Tv). And also the outside space that has a shower and 2 parking spots. The host will be avalable to help with anything the guests need, to provide the best stay as possible (contact via phon or email), besides, if needed, give tips of nice places to go in this beautiful island. Lagoa da Conceição is a nice located neighborhood that counts with all the basic comercial establishments neeedes like markets, bakeries, drugstores, restaurants (many tipes, seafood specialized are the most famous), parties, etc. At the lagoon's edge you can rent kayaks, stand up paddles, scuna rides, or just enjoy the day and the beatiful sunset view. Near Joaquina beach there are the dunes where you can Sandboard on sunny days. A lot of buses pass by near the house going to the other areas of the city, altough most of the things the guests need they usually find by foot.
