The best places to swim with young children include Mullins Bay, Accra Beach and Batts Rock. Many of these spots are small coves monitored by lifeguards. They also have amenities such as change rooms, bathrooms, food kiosks and playgrounds. In the nearby Mullins Beach, Spy's Watersports offers several water-related activities, including the exclusive and extreme FlyBoarding! For the little ones, other activities such paddle boarding or swimming with the turtles can also be enjoyed there. For inland activities, look no further than Barbados Wildlife Reserve.
