Beautiful Summer House in Punta Ballena (Uruguay)

Beautiful and luminous house in Club Azul, a private club in Punta Ballena, 13 kms from Punta Del Este. Minutes away from the ocean (Solana del Mar) and the Lussich Arboretum. Be surrounded by nature, trees and the sound of the birds. Enjoy the wonderful pool and the tennis courts. Beautiful house with all the commodities. The bottom floor has a large living-room, the kitchen, the main bathroom and three bedrooms. The main bedroom with a king size bed, another with 2 queen size beds and a third room that works as a guest room or as an office overlooking the trees. The top floor is an open loft that has another king size bed and a second bathroom. There's plenty of space! The kitchen is fully equipped, There's a beautiful outside porch where you can enjoy your meals and a parilla with brasero to make the asado (very important!!) The Club has a fantastic swimming pool, 2 tennis courts and a small football (soccer) field. There are plenty of trees and areas to walk around and enjoy the sound of the birds. Club Azul is located at walking distance from the Arboreto Lussich, a nature preserve where you can take long walks and enjoy the views from the top and the many different species of trees. The house is about 1 km from Solanas beach and the commercial area where you can find groceries,gas and all kinds of stores. Also is conveniently located off the new Camino de Lussich that takes you to the town of Maldonado in a breeze. Club Azul is a private club with about 30 houses that share the pool and the facilities but stay sure you will still enjoy your privacy and silence as everybody is extremely respectful of each other. There is a night watcher and it is illuminated at night. Great place for kids, it's safe and they will surely meet other kids and make friends.
