(Warmest water north of the Carolinas!) 2 bdrms share the main bathroom with jet tub and walk in shower. 15% HST included As the name implies there is a lovely view of the ocean from this room. Hardwood floors and ceramic throughout - no carpets. You will have access to theses common spaces: computer work space; living room with fireplace and satellite TV; deck; back yard; pond; beach right of way. Barn storage available as required for golf gear, bikes, kayaks, etc.. There are no restaurants in walking distance so if you want to bring your dinner and cook it here on the BBQ on the deck that's fine. There is a Sobey's in Pictou and a Foodland in Tatamagouche. Bring binoculars - great ocean views and really dark nights for star gazing. We live on site and are available as needed. Phone access available if we are away. We love meeting new people and hearing about where they are from. We are in semi-rural area in cottage country on the north shore of Nova Scotia. Ferry from PEI is about 25 kms. (15 miles) away, about 18-20 minute drive. Unfenced pond on site - children will need supervision. Beach is about a 10 minute walk. Not wheel chair accessible. A bit steep getting down the entry point but well worth it!
