Little Bird's Landing is just north of Brown's Bridge, which is centrally located on Lake Lanier. Go south to get in the "mix" and party at various lake marina bars/restaurants or take a short boat ride and bring the kids to Lake Lanier Islands for their awesome water park, golfing, horseback riding or live music! Go north to get away from it all and find quiet water for a relaxing ride, great fishing, or park the boat at one of the many island beaches and have a private party! If shopping is your thing, the North Georgia Outlets are just a quick 15 minute drive through our beautiful Georgia backroads. In the main house of Little Bird's Lake Landing you will enjoy King size beds in both upstairs bedrooms, a queen bedroom with its own bathroom on the main level, and a kids room with 4 twin size beds in basement. The loft has a full kitchen, bathroom and living area. The main house kitchen is recently renovated with an island with seating for breakfast or just hanging out. Enjoy breakfast with your closest friends and family looking out over the lake through floor to ceiling windows! 2 ovens provide plenty of cooking options for a large gathering, Just off the kitchen you can walk out on to the back deck, where you can enjoy your morning coffee amongst the birds and wildlife in the forest. A large deck connects both living spaces, where you will find a fire table and plenty of seating, both covered and open. A hot tub with seating for 6 is just outside the basement of the main house. A large grass level exists for the kids to play on between the two living spaces. Additionally, you will enjoy watching the big game or a movie with the family on the 120 inch projector screen in the basement! The dock is a short walk down a gentle meandering pathway. The dock offers a covered slip to protect your boat with a party deck up top. The water is over 25 feet deep at the dock, and is in a quiet cove with beautiful open water views.
